I initially tried to work it out with Bovada directly but ended up disputing it through bank and then Bovada locked my account saying I owe them. Check by Courier: Approximately 10-15 Business Days via courier once your withdrawal is approved within 24-48 hours. $5000. Just don't use a credit card on either site.
